There isn't much to tell as far as details go.
If you come to the Quick Lane, which is first come, first served, and buy 3 tires at full price, the 4th tire will cost you a dollar.
The Quick Lane is open from 7:30 am - 6:00 pm M-F and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on Saturdays.
Of course, restrictions apply so that no one goes crazy and orders Formula 1 tires, or tires for one of those mining trucks, like in the picture. Those don't qualify. See the small print below to understand what DOES qualify if you have questions.
